‘LeVol Up’: A New Programme to Get People Into Volunteering

On the LeVol Up website, you can find your volunteering ‘class’ – if you answer a few questions you’ll be matched to one of six fun characters.

A Smarter Way to Manage Volunteers
Volunteer Glasgow’s Smarter Volunteer Manager programme gives you the tools, based on their Dynamic Model of Volunteering, to create meaningful volunteer experiences that benefit your organisation, your volunteers, and the communities they support – key to successful recruitment and retention.
“Overall the training was excellent and I liked being able to think through each Dynamic Model stage as part of the training. It supported my knowledge, whilst adding in other areas that I had not considered fully. It created a process for me to work through which was great, resulting in a new approach within my organisation”.
