Those two volunteering funds are supporting new ways to bring the benefits of volunteering in sport and physical activity to new audiences. vHelp
vHelp is an online payment service for reimbursing people who are not on your payroll, such as volunteers. It’s quick, cheap, and secure, saving you countless admin hours.
Paying volunteer expenses can be a great way to improve your volunteering programme. It not only aids the recognition of your volunteers, but also enhances inclusion and long-term volunteer engagement.
Founder and CEO Randa Bennett will be joining us to discuss why money is seen as a dirty word in the volunteering world and how it can be handled leading up to 2030.
Money handling between charities and volunteers is a big operational challenge for charities, equally, it’s an area of stress and worry for volunteers. Yet both sides avoid the topic.
As a result, Randa aims to talk openly about handling money. Consequently, she will highlight the importance of managing money efficiently, being transparent, and understanding the real cost of managing money.
