England Hockey Elevates Event Management with TeamKinetic
England Hockey has been using TeamKinetic to manage its volunteer programme, ‘Hockey Makers’, for nearly a decade. Neil, Event Project Manager, spoke to us about how the system has transformed volunteer management, providing real-time overviews, simplifying accreditation, and supporting efficient role allocation across major events.
Volunteers are involved in a wide range of activities, from managing the field of play to bringing mascots Jasper and Jess to life, and the system helps track hours, feedback, and achievements. Overall, making reward, recognition, and reference requests straightforward.
Our tools also streamline accreditation for their international events: allowing volunteers to transition smoothly between roles, and supporting event access management.
Beyond the software, we’ve provided extra support, helping England Hockey connect with potential partner organisations to create more opportunities for their volunteers.
