HVG Conference 2025 – Tickets Now Available for Heritage Volunteering ’25

We’re pleased to announce that tickets for the heritage sector’s flagship volunteering conference, sponsored by Investing in Volunteers, Heritage Volunteering’25, are now on sale via Eventbrite.
The conference will explore the role that volunteering can play in transforming lives and communities. Our packed itinerary includes insightful keynotes, thought-provoking plenaries and engaging workshops designed to help leaders of volunteers develop and transform the work they do.
Attendees will have the chance to pick from 12 workshops, ranging from creating communities of volunteering to creating a sense of belonging.

New Course for Aspiring Heads of Volunteering
Dr Helen Timbrell and Charlotte Witteridge are bringing you a new leadership development programme for volunteer managers. The Aspiring Heads of Volunteering Programme supports those looking to move from day-to-day volunteer management into their first Head of Volunteering role.
Developed and delivered by experienced Heads of Volunteering, the seven-month course combines workshops, webinars, and self-led learning for a small cohort of up to 20 participants. You’ll gain insight into strategic leadership, influencing, working with data, and delivering through others. It’ll help in building confidence, interview skills, and a professional network to support your next career move.
