TeamKinetic App
The new TeamKinetic app is coming very soon. To kick off the launch, we’ll be hosting an online session where you can come and see the app in action and ask whatever questions are on your mind.
This will be a great session for anyone interested in the app, especially any of our Enterprise users who are interested in a white-labelled application.

User Training
Open Training Sessions
13th February: 10am – 1:30pm or 13th March: 10am – 1:30pm
We’re hosting some open training for all TeamKinetic users. Our ‘Manage Your Volunteer Programme’ session is an exciting in-depth look at how to use TeamKinetic on a day-to-day basis to manage your volunteer programme better.
Partly hands-on, Steve will talk you through setting up opportunities and allow you to see the system from different user’s perspectives. After completing this module you will have a good understanding of how each user type interacts with the system, and how to communicate effectively and manage your volunteers and service providers.

Monthly TeamKinetic Masterclasses
Our masterclasses are free to attend and are a great way to connect directly with us, ask any questions you might have, and learn more about particular areas of the system. You can see all upcoming sessions within your system by going to Help & Support → Extra Training.
