They\u2019re going to need a bit of help &#8211; but don\u2019t worry, we&#8217;ve got that covered with our TeamKinetic guide for new users!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a new starter, or you&#8217;re starting somewhere new yourself, this blog is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some ways we can get you up and running managing volunteers on TeamKinetic&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quickstart Guide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/teamkinetic.co.uk\/blog\/2020\/05\/07\/getting-started-workbook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8216;Getting Started with TeamKinetic&#8217; Guide<\/a> is usually for completely new customers with new systems. However, in this case, it can be a good way to help people get to grips with the system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/teamkinetic.co.uk\/blog\/2020\/05\/07\/getting-started-workbook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/teamkinetic.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Getting-Started-With-TK-Workbook-900x471.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"734\" height=\"383\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The workbook covers all the basics, such as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Creating and Managing Opportunities<\/li><li>Inviting Volunteers<\/li><li>System Configuration<\/li><li>Logging Hours<\/li><li>Rewarding Volunteers<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a new staff member who will be acting as an admin on your system and would benefit from playing with an empty system, give us a shout and we can set them up on one of our demo sites. This way, they can explore without altering anything on your existing system! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>You can contact us via the live chat on our website<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to get stuck in as soon as possible and need some direct help from us, we&#8217;ll get you booked for a training session with our Implementation Manager, Steve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steve is a great trainer and will go through everything you need to know to do your job effectively! Training takes place online and can even be recorded and saved for future reference. Training is always personalised to you and your needs.
