95% of you are satisfied, and most find the platform easy to use. You love the reporting, volunteer tracking, and bulk email tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSome things to work on\u2026<\/strong>
Some of you want clearer menus, better filtering, easier login, and more email automation. A more user-friendly calendar and survey tools are also on the wishlist. We’re taking this feedback on board and working on new changes to reflect your feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\nGold star support <\/strong>
93% are happy with the service, support is quick, and live chat is super helpful. Just a note: some help videos need updating!<\/p>\n\n\n\nContent is king<\/strong>

\n\n\n\nDigital in Volunteering Toolkit – Community of Practice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Last year, we launched the Digital in Volunteering Toolkit<\/a><\/strong>, but now we’re excited to kick off the Community of Practice<\/strong>. This is a space for volunteer managers and leaders to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Access<\/strong> – hear about future Toolkit updates and related training opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Learn<\/strong> – share digital knowledge and experiences with their peers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Influence<\/strong> – bring our collective voice together to advocate for our needs in digital technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
We’ll be hosting a series of monthly events to take a deep dive into connectivity and interoperability and how this relates to using digital in our marketing and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As well as a first opportunity to see and access new Toolkit content, these monthly online launches will bring together knowledgeable guests from across the world of volunteering. They’ll be sharing their digital experiences. Book tickets for our first event now!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
